*A Standalone Book*

A smokin’ hot British player…
A jilted girl…
One night of mistaken identity…

Two weeks before her wedding, Remi Montague’s fiancĂ© drops her faster than a drunken sorority girl in stilettos. Armed with her best friend and a bottle of tequila, she hops a plane to London to drown her sorrows before fall semester begins at Whitman University.

She didn't plan on attending a masquerade party.

She sure didn’t plan on waking up next to the British bad boy who broke her heart three years ago—the devastatingly handsome and naked Dax Blay. Furthermore, she has no clue how they acquired matching tattoos.

Once back at Whitman together, they endeavor to pretend they never had their night of unbridled passion in London.

But that’s damn hard to do when you live in the same house…

One night. Two damaged hearts. The passion of a lifetime.

*A modern love story inspired by Romeo and Juliet*

Blog / Review Tour ~ Only for the Night by Ella Sheridan @AuthorESheridan

Only for the Night BT Banner
She needs a Dom with heart. He sees the lifestyle as heartless.
Can a brave submissive show a rock star that accepting his true nature will be nirvana for both of them? Letting go with her may help him put the pieces of himself—and his band—back together again.
Struggling with the death of her mother, Sage Lyndsey turned to her Dom for comfort, but his impatience led to a humiliating scene in front of their club. Devastated, she runs to a small town on the Cali coast. Buying into Citrus Pointe’s bakery may be her best decision ever—if she can overcome the embarrassment of having her new landlord’s dog steal her towel right in front of him. It gets worse when she realizes he’s none other than rock bassist Hank Nash, and despite the problems it would cause, she wants nothing more than his talented hands on her, bending her to his will.
Hank is an ex-cop who knows all too well what dominance looks like when it turns to abuse—he saw the consequences on another cop’s wife. After turning the man in, Hank left that life behind to start a rock band, Weekend Washout. Now he’s fighting to keep the band together, and to deny his urge to dominate pretty, spunky Sage. But when Sage’s ex-Dom reappears, Hank is forced into a life-changing decision: Accept both their needs and gain more than one night with Sage, or retreat to the safe life he’s built so carefully.
“Who are you?” Her voice was low, as angry as her eyes despite the uncertainty that rasped through her words. She wasn’t backing down, that was for sure. Her bravado sent a tingle through his belly—and lower. That old urge, to hunt, to conquer, rose with other parts of his anatomy. Dangerous. Wrong. Hank fought it down, breathed through it, but before he found the control to answer, Knight decided he wanted to play some more. He jerked at the towel. The material slipped lower, forcing the woman to tighten her grip or lose the covering altogether. The adjustment pushed the rounded globe of her breast higher. How much farther before he could see her nipple? He shook his head. Why was he thinking about breasts when there was a strange woman in his home? He dug his fists into his pockets, hoping to obscure the unexpected effect she was having on him. “Since this is my apartment, I think my question comes first.” Confusion filtered across those lovely features. The woman stepped back, only to be brought up short by Knight’s unyielding grip. “You’re Hank?” Knight wanted to continue the game. He growled, giving the towel a hard shake like he’d nabbed a rabbit by the neck instead of a length of terry cloth. The move yanked the woman forward. She stumbled, panic sparking in her eyes. “Aren’t you going to call him off?” “Why?” he asked, barely managing to hold back his laughter. After a long, boring night driving and the news he’d just been hit with, he had to admit he was enjoying this little surprise. Knight was playing; Hank knew it even if the woman hadn’t figured it out yet, and he couldn’t resist playing with her a bit himself. “We have an intruder. He’s just doing his job.” She shook her head wildly. “I’m not an intruder. I live here.” She pulled on the towel. Knight dug in his paws, not giving an inch. “I—” Knight faked her out with a sudden lunge forward. The woman stumbled back, trying to avoid what looked like an attack. Knight took advantage and snatched the fabric out of her hands. Away from her body. Hank’s dick went tighter than his bass strings. He had no more than a half count to imprint the sight in his mind. It was all he needed. Full, round, high breasts with tender pink nipples drawn up tight. A smooth expanse of stomach begging to be explored, with just the right amount of inward curve at her waist to give him a place to grip. Hips wide enough to cradle him perfectly against the sparse patch of dark hair between her legs. Christ, she looked sweet, sweet enough to eat. And mortified. A bright red blush flared across her cheeks. The woman slapped a hand across her breasts, obscuring his view, and then, quick as the rabbit Knight had pretended to play with, she whirled away. He got an all too brief glimpse of her ass as she fled down the hall, the bounce of the perfect globes sending a second slam of blood to his already full erection. The crash of the guest bedroom door echoed around him as he hunched against the pain with a rough—very rough—laugh. Oblivious to the drama he’d caused, Knight settled onto his belly there in the middle of the hall, happily munching away on his prize. Hank opened his mouth to reprimand the dog, to laugh at the ridiculousness of it all, maybe to call the woman’s name—only to realize he still had no clue who the stranger in his house actually was. And he had to know, because da-yam, that body. That ass. Those eyes. Maybe he wasn’t as tired as he’d thought he was.
5 Stars
Sage is a natural submissive, but when her dom publicly embarrasses her she takes off for a fresh start. Hank is a dom in denial, you can see and feel his dominance coming right off the pages even thought he fights it.

This is my first ever book from Ella Sheridan and I loved every minute of it. I really enjoyed the characters, the writing flowed smoothly, the characters had great chemistry, I am very much looking forward to catching up and reading the first book the "If Only Series".

Definitely recommend.

Only for the Weekend Cover
Writing has been my passion since childhood, but like many writers, life got in the way. After earning a BA in English Literature, I married and started a family. But the worlds and characters that swirled through my mind just wouldn’t go away, and at a particularly difficult time in my life, I picked up pen and paper (or laptop) and tried to release some of that difficulty onto the page. I’ve been writing ever since. Now I’m a member of Romance Writers of America, run an accountability blog to help writers reach their goals, and am pursuing publication with the same passion I feel for writing.
Nothing pleases me more than sharing the stories of my heart with you, the reader, and I hope, in some small way, these stories will touch your heart too.

Excerpt #1
From my bed, I hear the front door open downstairs, the car keys hit the foyer table with force, then I listen as he takes the stairs two at a time. I feel a rush of excitement sweep through me.
My man is home.
Once upon a time, he trained to fight. Now his fight is daily. Mentally battling his demons and physically battling competitors at 6:00 a.m. every morning, I feel sorry for the poor bastards he fights. They don’t stand a chance. He’s changed. He’s darker, damaged and unwilling to conform. Joshua Stanton is dealing with the last six months the best that he can... as am I.
We have each other, we get it, nobody else can understand the language we speak or the pain we have been through. I lie still, trying to recover from our night, and yet he has been up and to the gym. I know why he does it; he’s trying to control the anger at what we have been through. He’s still furious, furious at himself for letting it happen, furious at Amelie for doing what she did, and furious at the press for feeding on our nightmare. He turns the corner into our room and his dark eyes drop to my naked body on the bed. He’s wet with perspiration and there’s a tangible force, a feeling of adrenaline pumping through his body out onto me where I lie. His t-shirt comes slowly over his head, and he drops his pants to reveal that beautiful rock hard body.
“How was your fight?” I whisper as my eyes lower to my name on his side.
He smiles sexily as he walks around the side of the bed, surveying me. He doesn’t answer as his hand drops to between his legs and he gives himself three slow hard strokes. My breath catches. He hasn’t said a word or touched me and yet, as always, just the sight of him makes me good to go. “You look exceptional, Mrs. Stanton,” he whispers as his hand continues to stroke his cock.
I hold my breath and open my legs just that little bit farther. Joshua cracks his neck hard as his dark eyes stay fixed between my legs.
His tongue slides over his bottom lip before he drops his head and begins to lick my inner thigh.
“Give me my breakfast. I’m fucking starving.”
I lay back and close my eyes. Mr. Stanton is here, like he is most mornings when he returns from fighting. The adrenaline in his system is through the roof and I’m the lucky girl he releases it on. Our sex is rougher and less controlled than it has ever been, but it’s also never been so hot. I’m putty in his dominant hands.
I crave his control over my body. I crave the way he takes what he needs without a care in the world.
His strong hands hold my legs apart and his hot tongue swipes through my flesh.
“Hmm,” he groans into me.
My hands fall to the back of his head.
“Oh, you fucking taste good, my beautiful girl,” he whispers.
I shudder immediately and close my eyes. If I watch him do that, I will come in five seconds flat.
He starts to really eat me, dragging my body up and down his face. His sharp whiskers are grinding but it’s a pleasurable burn, a pain I have become accustomed to, the pain is my addiction.

Excerpt #2
The sun is shining, as I lay on the deck chair, content in a post orgasmic glow. It’s about two in the afternoon and Joshua and I have been married for three blissful days. Today is the first day we have had our families around. Up until now we have been alone and have gone from our bed, to the shower, to the pool and not much farther.
We needed some alone time and I have been fucked every which way and eaten every beautiful kind of food on the planet.
This is happiness. Deep sated happiness.
Joshua is still on edge. He watches me wherever I go, scared to take his eyes off of me in case I disappear again.
We have issues to deal with, both of us. I’m pushing them to the back of my mind for the moment. I can’t deal with them yet. I’m not sure I even want to. How do you deal with the shit that we have been through? The police interviews were extensive and thankfully I have been cleared of any wrong doing. My main mission at the moment is to make Joshua at ease and get some weight back on him. I think he’s lost about ten kilos since I disappeared.
I stand at the kitchen bench and dial Jeston’s number; I need to talk to him. Joshua is running on the treadmill and I have some time to myself. The last time we spoke, he was telling me that he thought he loved me and I was being rude. So much has happened since then and I know he put aside his hate for Joshua to try and help find me. I am so grateful and I owe him a huge thank you.
“Tash” He answers on the first ring, he sounds relieved.
Oh, it’s good to hear his voice. “Jes.” I smile.
“Are you ok?” he breathes.
“I am.”
“Fuck, I thought you were dead.”
“Thankfully not.” I half laugh.
“Tash, it’s so good to hear from you.”
“Thank you so much for helping everyone try to find me.”
“I’m just so glad you are ok.”
The line falls silent and I know I have to tell him.
“I got married Jes. Three days ago in Thailand,” I whisper as I close my eyes.
He doesn’t answer.
“Jes?” I ask. Is he still on the line?
“What do you want me to say?” he breathes.
My heart drops, I do really care for this man. “Congratulations?” I ask hopefully.
“Congratulations,” he replies dryly.
“I love him, Jes. He makes me so happy.”
He hesitates. “He’s a lucky man.”
I smile as my eyes tear up. “Can we be friends? Please?”
“Of course.”
I feel uncomfortable, I know I shouldn’t, but I feel guilty for talking to him when I know he has feelings for me. I should get off the line.
“I will see you next time I come to Australia?” I ask.
“Yeah, sure,” he replies sadly, and I know I have hurt his feelings with my dismissal.
I close my eyes and stay silent.
“Bye, Tash. It’s good to hear from you.”
“Bye, Jes,” I whisper through unshed tears.
We both stay on the line, neither one of us wanting to hang up.
I want to tell him I miss him, but I stop myself, this isn’t helping either of us. I reluctantly end the call.
That was a lot harder than it should have been and I know in my heart that the girl who finally tames Jesten Miller is going to be a very lucky girl.

5 Stars
YES !!! TL Swan delivers a blissful  conclusion to the Stanton Series.
I have followed Joshua and Natasha on their journey and I am so pleased with the way things have turned out. I have been consumed by this couple from the very beginning.  I can not wait to see what this author has in store for us next..  Absolutely loved this..
